Weatherproof linear fixtures can provide broad, even illumination for covered walkways, car parks, canopies, workshops, service areas, and other spaces exposed to dust or moisture. Select a fixture for the actual site conditions rather than treating every enclosed light as suitable for outdoor use.
The LLW 18W, 36W, and 45W models introduced in the original 2018 article are no longer the current catalog reference. OMNI now lists the LED Weatherproof Linear Fixture V2 in multiple variants. Use the current product page to confirm wattage, color temperature, dimensions, ingress-protection rating, and installation requirements before purchase.

Consider mounting height, coverage, glare, surrounding temperature, exposure to water and dust, and access for maintenance. The circuit, connections, and mounting method must follow the current product instructions and applicable electrical rules.
