Key responsibilities
What you will do
- Supervision of Internal Admin Processes: Ensure the accuracy and completion of work processes.
- Ensure sales assistant functions, daily routines, and reports are performed properly and efficiently.
- Monitor the progress of purchase orders and returns to vendor.
- Coordinate with other departments regarding operational needs and issues of assigned accounts.
- Monitor and ensure complete replenishment of concession outlets.
- Spot-check inventory records submitted by the Merchandising Team.
- Approve promodisers' delivery requests for concession accounts.
- Approve letters and transfer inventories for stock pull-outs for concession accounts.
- Customer Service: Attend to inquiries and requests from head offices of assigned accounts.
- Ensure assigned accounts are informed about product developments, price changes, and other necessary daily transaction processes.
- Prepare documents for new product sampling once the Product Information Sheet is released and the product is available.
- Follow up on re-orders of unserved purchase orders and approval of new products.
- Attend to customer concerns and requests.
- Negotiate operational issues with internal and external customers.
- Sales Reports: Prepare and analyze monthly reports for assigned accounts, including amounts, itemized sales, and undelivered orders per store.
- Generate sales reports as required by customers and the immediate head.
- Discuss timely recommendations with the immediate head to improve departmental processes.
- Merchandising Coordination: Work with the Merchandising Supervisor or coordinators on stock allocations and inventory concerns.
- Coordinate thoroughly with the team to help stores achieve their sales targets.
Qualifications
What we are looking for
- College graduate of a business course.
- At least 2 years in a supervisory role with experience in retail business processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications, analytical thinking, documentation, and written communication.
- Keen attention to detail; organized and systematic.
